The free laundry service was convenient. The bed felt comfortable and provided a restful night. I appreciated the complimentary bike rental. It allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. staff even left chocolate santas on christmas morning it was special touch

my three night stay included an easy check-in experience. i received an upgrade to a suite, a very pleasant surprise. the bed proved very comfortable, and the room included all expected amenities. the buffet breakfast offered a good selection to start the day.
the hotel's policy required everyone to pay full price at the restaurant, regardless of consumption.

the breakfast buffet offered various options and fresh ingredients I found the pool area well maintained and relaxing with plenty of loungers available I really appreciated the complimentary bike hire as I explored the area and discovered hidden gems the hotel provided a nice stay
i found the walls a little thin i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms it slightly impacted the overall tranquility

The car park had sufficient space. the swimming pool had a comfortable temperature. connected rooms are available. This allowed a large family to combine rooms into a suite.
The shower pressure could be improved. It was lower than i expected. i think this is a minor issue though.
